We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tap2Read. If you are not satisfied with your Christian silicone bracelet, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging with all tags, stickers, and accessories intact.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@rhapsodytap2read.com with your order number and reason for return.

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Products that have been worn, customized, or altered in any way.
• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
• Clearance or final sale items marked “non-returnable.”

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
• If your return is rejected, we will contact you with the reason for the rejection and offer to send the item back to you.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your bracelet for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@rhapsodytap2read.com.

To speed up the process, please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item with your email.

We reserve the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our Site. The “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page will reflect the most recent changes.

Your continued use of our Site after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
